Antioxidant Activity of Some Fluids Extracts of Indigenous Wild Cherry Fruits

چکیده

Abstract The paper presents un study regarding the comparative total antioxidant capacity of some fluids extracts soluble lipid compounds Cerasus avium (L.) Moench. syn. Prunus var. sylvestris Ser fruits, popular named wild cherry, species undertaken aiming at exploiting nutrient profiles and promoting further development these indigen phytopharmaceutical resources. For analysis, photo-chemiluminescence method, ACL procedure, Analytik Jena AG, by comparing with standard Trolox® solution, was used. Wild cherry fruits fluid analyzed emphasize an increased antioxidative which may be attributed to high level content polyphenolic minerals sustains possibility use this valuable vegetal product for nutraceutical or comeceutical preparations.
